Applying to the Centre

Prior to admission to the Centre, parents/guardians are required to sign an application form to show that they fully understand their responsibilities and the expectations of the Centre. All medical, consent, and inoculation forms MUST be submitted before admission is allowed.

At time of admission, an administration fee of $25.00/family will be assessed and 2 weeks' deposit paid towards the last two weeks the child will be in attendance is due.

To begin the application process, click below to fill out the enrollment form online. Once completed, print the form and bring it to the Centre, along with your child(ren)'s updated immunization records. Admission only with completed forms!
